From 3-5 a.m. on February 21st 2020, I rambled through the area with the highest crime rate in Manhattan, according to the data from NYC Crime Map at the time. Holding a candle in my hand, I tried to pretect it from being blown out by the wind. Once a candle died out, I lit a new one and continued to walk.
